This service is focused on building strength, endurance, or mobility, tailored specifically to your individual goals. Initial Appointment (45–60 minutes) Includes a physical assessment, goal setting, a personalised exercise plan, and an introduction to our training app to support your progress between sessions. Follow-up Session (30 minutes) Designed to keep you on track. Book every 4–6 weeks or as needed to adjust your plan, monitor progress, and stay motivated. Combined Session: Massage + Strength & Conditioning (90 minutes) Start with a therapeutic massage to prepare the body and mind. After that, your initial strength and conditioning consultation will take place. A great option for those ready to commit to both recovery and performance. Whether your focus is on athletic performance, injury prevention, or overall well-being, this service is designed to support and guide you.
